The Role
The Workplace Manager is the heartbeat of our London office — a cultural anchor and operational problem-solver who keeps our environment running smoothly and brings positive energy to the space. This is an in-person role based 5 days per week in our Soho Square office, where you'll own our workplace experience end-to-end: from IT onboarding and facilities management to wellbeing initiatives and team socials. You'll partner closely with HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams to create a workspace where people can genuinely do their best work.

This role blends IT operations, facilities management, vendor ownership, culture-building, and people experience. It's ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and loves making a tangible impact day to day.

What you'll do

  • Own the full workplace experience, creating a welcoming and productive environment for our London team

  • Lead onboarding/offboarding and device management, administering Google Workspace and ensuring a smooth technical setup for every employee

  • Provide hands-on IT support, managing hardware, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining reliable office tech infrastructure (including Jamf)

  • Managing all vendors, contractors, and facilities operations, ensuring the office runs safely, smoothly, and efficiently end-to-end

  • Own the office budget, improving processes, driving cost efficiencies, and maintaining strong supplier relationships

  • Support culture initiatives, organising internal events, monthly socials, and partnering with HR on wellbeing programs and initiatives to strengthen engagement and connection across the team

  • Manage the Office Assistant, setting high standards for organisation, service, and delivery

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a tidy, well-stocked, and seamless working environment for the team

  • Ensure the office remains fully compliant with fire, health & safety, and sustainability standards

What you'll need

  • Experience in workplace, office, or facilities management in a fast-paced environment

  • Hands-on IT support experience and confidence managing onboarding, hardware, and troubleshooting

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and own multiple workstreams independently

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder skills — friendly, approachable, solution-focused

  • Experience managing vendor relationships and budgets

  • Exposure to Google Workspace and Jamf (administration experience is a plus)

What you can expect from us

  • Competitive salary with substantial incentive schemes

  • Generous long-term incentive plan (LTIP) tez token scheme

  • Daily lunch allowance

  • Commuter costs reimbursement (up to £3,300 annually)

  • 20-day policy for working abroad

  • 25 days paid holiday plus your birthday off

  • Enhanced parental & adoption leave

  • Pension contributions double matched (up to 10%)

  • Private medical with mental health support

  • Learning and development programs

  • Life assurance (5x base salary)

Why You'll Love It
Join a fast-paced environment where you'll lead impactful initiatives. You'll have autonomy to deliver results, supported by passionate colleagues in a focused but fun environment. We value ambition, creativity, and continuous learning—providing the ideal setting for career growth.

Our Principles:
