The Role
We're looking for a
Marketing Data & Analytics Specialist
with strong technical and analytical ability across GA4, Shopify, and all major paid media platforms.
You'll own the process of ensuring accurate tracking, meaningful reporting, and actionable insights across client accounts.
From implementing advanced analytics setups to building intuitive dashboards (ideally in
Polar Analytics
), you'll be central to how we measure, interpret, and improve performance for eCommerce brands.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement, audit, and optimise analytics setups across
GA4
,
Shopify
, and paid platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.). - Create and maintain dashboards in
Polar Analytics
(or Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau). - Manage data pipelines and ensure consistency between ad platforms, analytics, and Shopify.
- Translate performance data into insights and recommendations for media and strategy teams.
- Lead or support attribution and conversion tracking projects.
- Troubleshoot tracking issues and maintain data accuracy across multiple client setups.
- Present insights to clients and internal stakeholders clearly and confidently.
What You'll Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in
marketing analytics
, ideally within an
agency or eCommerce environment
. - Proven expertise with
GA4
(event setup, ecommerce tracking, custom dimensions). - Strong grasp of Shopify data structure and attribution logic.
- Familiarity with
Polar Analytics
(preferred) or similar BI tools. - Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest, and TikTok Ads reporting.
- Confident in
Google Tag Manager
,
UTM governance
, and debugging tools. - Analytical mindset, proactive communicator, and keen eye for data integrity.
Nice to Have
- Experience with data warehousing (BigQuery, Snowflake) or API integrations.
- Familiarity with privacy compliance (GDPR, cookie consent frameworks).
- Light coding or SQL knowledge a plus.
- Experience working on high fashion brands
