Loyalty & CRM Analyst

Hybrid – 3 days in office | £50,000 + excellent benefits

Join a brand that connects people and experiences

Every day, millions of people choose us — not just for what we offer, but for how we make them feel. Our loyalty programme is at the heart of that connection, turning everyday interactions into rewarding moments.

We're looking for a
Loyalty & CRM Analyst
to help shape the next chapter of our customer engagement journey. You'll bring curiosity, commercial acumen and data-driven thinking to design offers that inspire customers and deliver real business impact.

If you're ready to move from
campaign execution to strategic decision-making
, this is your chance to make your mark.

What you'll do

  • Build and manage the
    loyalty offer and campaign calendar
, ensuring every promotion delivers value for customers and partners alike.
  • Analyse performance data to
recommend the right offers, at the right time, to the right audience
    .
  • Model campaign economics — understanding how every point, discount or reward translates into commercial value.
  • Evaluate and optimise campaign results, sharing clear insights and recommendations with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across marketing, digital, data and partnership teams to deliver campaigns that drive engagement and loyalty.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying
new offer mechanics and partnership opportunities
that excite customers and grow our programme.

What we're looking for

  • 1–3 years' experience in CRM, loyalty marketing or data-led campaign analysis.
  • Comfortable using data to build business cases and measure ROI.
  • Confident with Excel, dashboards or BI tools, and eager to learn more.
  • Experience with loyalty or marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe Campaign, etc.).
  • A natural collaborator — curious, proactive and able to bring numbers to life through storytelling.
  • Passionate about customer behaviour, with an eye for what makes an offer stand out.

Why you'll love it here

  • Be part of a
brand that millions interact with every day
, and see the impact of your work first-hand.
  • Work in a culture that celebrates
    insight, creativity and experimentation
    .
  • Collaborate with a talented marketing, digital and partnerships team shaping the future of customer loyalty.
  • Enjoy hybrid working, strong benefits, and opportunities to grow your career in a supportive, ambitious environment.

Ready to shape how customers connect, earn and engage?
