The Opportunity
As Key Account Manager, you'll be the primary partner for a portfolio of major clients, developing deep relationships and ensuring exceptional service at every touchpoint. You'll be working in a business that values innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement, reporting directly to the Head of Partnership and Customer Service.
This is an ideal role for someone who is commercially driven, highly organised and create and build upon key customer partnerships within a fast-paced environment.
What you'll bring
- Proven B2B Key Account Management experience—ideally within food & drink, FMCG, or a related sector
- Demonstrable success in new business acquisition and managing key territories or clients
- Confident communicator with proficient presentation, negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong organisational abilities
- Self-motivated, resourceful, energetic and driven to succeed
- Comfortable adapting to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proficient commercial awareness
- A collaborative, inclusive approach and strong interpersonal skills
