If you already run complex, multi-site care services, you'll know how rare it is to find a role that gives you real ownership. This is that opportunity. We are creating a new group of autism day centres and bespoke residential homes across South Wales. We need an experienced operational leader who can build and scale the entire service line from day one.
This is not a step-up role. It's a director-level position with autonomy, equity, and full investment behind you.

Your Responsibilities
Launch the autism day centre and become CIW Registered Manager.
Create operational systems, governance and compliance frameworks.
Lead tender applications, contract negotiations and commissioner engagement.
Identify new opportunities, locations and service models.
Open multiple day centres and 4–7 bed residential homes.
Recruit, manage and develop managers and frontline teams.
Oversee financial performance, viability and occupancy.
Drive the long-term expansion strategy across South Wales.
What You Bring
Operational Manager, Regional Manager or Head of Service background.
Experience running multi-site regulated care settings (autism, LD, residential or supported living).
Deep knowledge of CIW regulation and legal structures.
Proven success with tenders, contracts and local authority negotiations.
Strong financial understanding: capacity, fees, budgets, margins.
A strong commissioner network across South Wales.
Values-led leadership: excellence, education, compassion, empowerment.
What We Offer
