We are seeking a Social Strategist to join our creative agency and help shape the next phase of innovative brand storytelling. This role is ideal for someone who understands culture, loves social platforms, and knows how to turn insights into impactful ideas.

About the Role

You will be responsible for developing social strategies that connect audience behaviour with brand objectives. You will partner closely with creative teams, account leads, and clients to guide the direction of campaigns across platforms. Your work will influence content planning, creative development, community engagement, and measurement approaches.

What You Will Do

  • Build clear and compelling social strategies rooted in cultural and audience insight
  • Lead social platform planning across campaigns and always on programs
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations that support creative thinking
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop concepts that resonate with real communities
  • Monitor trends and emerging behaviours to inform strategic opportunities
  • Present strategic thinking to internal teams and clients with clarity and confidence

What You Bring

  • Experience as a social media strategist or a social media role that is very strategy focused in nature. 6+ years of experience is the minimum.
  • Marketing agency experience
