The Role:

We're seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Duty Manager to support the day-to-day running of Hobbledown Heath. You'll be a key part of the management team, ensuring smooth operations, exceptional guest service, and a motivated team culture. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, outdoor setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across the park, ensuring safety, efficiency, and a high standard of presentation.
  • Lead and support team members across departments, promoting a positive and productive working environment.
  • Respond to guest queries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
  • Assist with staff training, development, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and internal procedures.
  • Support with scheduling, stock management, and operational reporting.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a supervisory or management role, ideally within leisure, hospitality, or visitor attractions.
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety practices and commitment to operational standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
