Assist in the achievement of the Key Performance Indicators and operational targets for the site and perform duties with integrity & diligence in a professional manner.MAJOR ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:  1.    Receive, inform, and guide visitors including co-ordination with Gartner employees. Coordinate and distribute refreshments where applicable.2.    Acts collaboratively to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations with professionalism and service orientation in supervised area3.    Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness and creativity in finding solutions for service delivery within managed area.4.    Ensures delivery of committed services and overall satisfaction with Jones Lang LaSalle performance.5.    Ensure appropriate follow-up with customers6.    Read and understands the applicable Service Level Agreements, helps achieve the Key Performance Indicators and scores favorably on the Gartner satisfaction surveys.7.    Maintain conference room booking schedules to maximize efficient use of space.8.    Responsible for maintaining all contacts list including 3rd party service providers / contractors.9.    Responsible for management, maintenance, and upkeep of the office and reception areas ensuring it is always presentable.10.    Assist in the generation of work requests/payment approvals on behalf of the facilities management team.11.    Aid in general administrative activities and any other duties as assigned by Senior Facilities Management team.12.    Assist in mailroom and associated functions including assistance to mail service and couriers.13.    Participate as a key team member in responses to emergency situations.14.    Assist with arranging of "cover" during periods of annual leave.15.    Coordinate and assist Gartner with local office events.16.    Assist in performing other duties.MINIMUM BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:Education & Experience: High / Secondary school pass in English & Math's or 1+ years related experience in a similar position encompassing administrative tasks and customer interaction.Good written & oral communication skills, well-organized and with a demonstrated ability to co-ordinate, prioritize and manage under pressureSkills: Sound inter-personal / communications skills. Need be a team player with Gartner-facing capabilities, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn / take responsibility.
