Blueprint Gaming are a well-established and growing online software business, based in Newark-on-Trent, Nottinghamshire. Supplying operators including Sky Vegas, Bet365, William Hill. We operate internationally including UK, Scandinavia and Italy and have aggressive international expansion plans. We are now looking for the right candidate to join us as Admin Assistant to assist in the smooth operation of the team.

The Admin Assistant will support the wider Administration Team by providing effective wide and varied support with general office administration across both the head office and satellite office sites.

Working hours are anticipated to be Monday to Friday 10.00am - 4.00pm.

Key responsibilities:

  • Resourcing and ordering supplies and sundries
  • Managing and maintaining office spreadsheets and databases
  • Assisting with transport and travel bookings
  • Greeting and booking in visitors in line with company policy
  • Dealing with and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Help to ensure offices are H&S compliant and following procedures
  • Travel to satellite offices (expected to be no more than 1 day per month - travel arrangements provided by the company)

Desired Skills:

  • Must be friendly, personable, collaborative and a team-minded
  • Flexible to cover holiday / absence
  • A 'can do' attitude
  • Good verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous office experience
  • Some experience of H&S would be an advantage
  • Capable of managing own workload
