**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- handle mail and incoming calls
- Organise the calendars of the Field Engineers
- Prepare documents for internal departments
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Support various departments with ad hoc administrative tasks
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal staff professionally
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of discretion and professionalism
