This Opportunity in a Nutshell

We're looking for a creative and passionate storyteller to document our growth journey on camera. Your job will be to capture key moments of growth and turn them into videos that align with our brand and build our audience.

You'll work directly with our CEO, creating documentary-style video content that shows who we are and what we're building. You'll have the freedom to film original content that documents the exciting moments, as well as the day-to-day activities of the business, and turn your clips into snapshots that showcase the success story of MissionX. Ultimately, this role is about creating authentic video content that builds the public persona of MissionX and encourages people to want to work with us, whether that be to join our team or as a business collaboration.

What You'll be Doing:

  • Be responsible for the entire lifecycle of content creation: planning, filming, editing, distributing, and analysing the content to build the brand and drive engagement.
  • Work closely with the CEO to capture everything from daily operations to major milestones.
  • Turn complex business ideas into clear, engaging and relatable stories using video.
  • Film and edit high-quality documentary-style video content to post on YouTube and other social media.
  • Film content that provides a window into what we offer to attract businesses to work with us.
  • Edit the content you have created to fit objectives for the visual and public identity of the business.
  • Brainstorm new video concepts that align with the brand's vision and identity.
  • Plan YouTube series that tell the development and growth story of MissionX.
  • Experiment with content, assessing what is more engaging and therefore attracts more followers to the business.

About You

You're a filmmaker and editor who understands story structure and knows how to capture authentic moments. You're creative, strategic, and comfortable working closely with leadership to translate business goals and ideas into compelling content.

You'll be a strong fit if you:

  • Have hands-on experience shooting and editing video content across different formats and using a variety of equipment.
  • Know how to craft narratives that connect with audiences and align with a brand.
  • Take ownership of projects and aren't afraid to pitch new ideas.
  • Can collaborate easily and communicate directly with leadership.
  • Are passionate about filming and content creation. You enjoy learning how posts attract an audience and are always looking for content inspiration.
