About Us - Tokyo Industries

We're one of the largest nightclub operators in the UK dedicated to showcasing incredible talent and creating unforgettable nights. To take our digital presence to the next level, we're looking for a creative, confident and social media-savvy individual to lead our TikTok and wider content strategy.

The Role

You'll be the face and voice of our TikTok presence, driving engagement and showcasing the energy of our venues. From filming and editing to presenting and publishing, you'll be hands-on in every part of the content creation process. Alongside TikTok, you'll also help manage our other social platforms, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice.

Responsibilities

  • Create and present TikTok content that captures the vibe of our venues, artists, and audience.
  • Actively feature in TikToks, with confidence in front of the camera.
  • Film, edit and post short-form and long-form social content.
  • Develop content ideas that align with trends, music culture, and our brand.
  • Manage our TikTok account day-to-day, growing followers and engagement.
  • Gather video/photo content at live events, rehearsals, and behind-the-scenes moments.
  • Support the management of other social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
  • Track performance analytics and suggest improvements.
  • Stay ahead of social trends to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of TikTok and short-form video trends.
  • Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera.
  • Experience filming, editing, and posting content (basic editing skills essential; advanced a bonus).
  • Creative eye for storytelling, humour, and music culture.
  • Confident communicator with a personable on-screen presence.
  • Passion for live music and club culture.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends around club events.

Desirable

  • Photography/videography skills.
  • Experience running branded TikTok or social accounts.
  • Familiarity with social media advertising.
  • Experience working with events or in the night time economy.

Salary: minimum wage

Hours: 10-25 hours a week

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
