About the Role

Are you in a role where your skills can translate to communicating, building relationships, hitting targets and closing partnerships in a fast-moving industry?

We're looking for a motivated professional to join our Bournemouth office on a 12-month maternity cover contract as a YouTube Sales Executive or trainee team leader role (DOE).

This position is ideal for someone with experience in sales, recruitment, or other office/client-facing roles - or for someone with a bit more target driven leadership background.

At Wild Vision, we partner with some of the world's most influential creators - including Beta Squad, Ali-A, Airrack, Brent Rivera, KSI, Nick DiGiovanni, and MattDoesFitness - helping them turn their existing content into 5–6 figure monthly passive income across platforms such as Facebook, Snapchat, MSN and Spotify and more.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, research, and reach out to creators and YouTubers who fit our syndication program.
  • Build and manage relationships through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Attend key creator and industry events (London, LA, Cannes, Dubai, NYC, Miami and more).
  • Keep CRM records and pipelines updated, working collaboratively with the wider team.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly onboarding and revenue targets.
  • Contribute ideas, insights, and leadership support as our team continues to grow.

We're Looking For

  • Strong interpersonal skills - confident, personable, bubbly and naturally good at conversation.
  • Background in sales, recruitment, media, or another people-first environment.
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset - maybe you've run a side project or small business.
  • Passion for YouTube, social media, and the creator space.
  • Bournemouth-based, full-time in-office role (Monday–Friday).

  • Commission paid for 6 months per deal - for example, sign up a creator in November and continue earning from it until April/May. Average total earnings: £45k+ per year.
