What You'll Do:
- Learn the fundamentals of sales, marketing, and customer engagement through live client campaigns.
- Build your leadership ability by coaching new team members and supporting recruitment.
- Take ownership of daily operations — planning, logistics, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with clients in strategy meetings and help deliver measurable results.
- Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Shadow senior managers and progress into team leadership roles.
- Gain exposure to national and international business events and development workshops.
