Marketing Executive

**Job Overview**
The Social Butterfly Marketing Group are searching for an ambitious, driven and hardworking individual to join our small team, as we enter the next stage in our journey.

Ideally with a qualification in a marketing and with a year’s relevant experience, designing, creating, executing and reporting back on key marketing campaigns, you will have a willingness to learn, progress and take responsibility.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage some key client accounts on behalf of the agency.
- Create engaging content for our clients, in line with their brand guidelines and expectations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Assist in copywriting for various marketing materials
- Implement different marketing strategies to meet our clients needs.
- Have an expert approach to using multi social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Create, implement and report back on multiple marketing campaigns.
- Deliver basic but effective graphic design work using platforms such as Canva and Adobe.
- Liaise directly with clients advising on marketing output, design and creation.
- Maintenance of website along with analytics reporting.
- Take responsibility for internal communications with other supporting team members including our team freelancers.
- Act as a marketing project manager for our partner organisations.
- Manage and maintain marketing calendars for your specified accounts.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills in managing multiple projects.

**Non Negotiables**:
We are a small start up agency, growing at a rapid rate. We do not have time to micro-manage people. We need someone to be disciplined with their work load. We are not looking for someone to sit at their desk at home, in a coffee shop for hours on end doing nothing. Work when it suits you, manage your workload, get the work done and no one will question your hours.

Ideally, you are going to be meticulous with your designs but able to work at a quick speed. Wanting to grow with us as a company, with ambition and motivation to match.
- **Experience**

Excellent communication skills is a must both internally and externally.
- Outstanding attention to detail, our design work has to be the best around.
- Strong analytics skills for generating marketing reports.
- IT literate goes without saying.
- A creative flair, with experience using Canva and Adobe.
- Writing and copy-writing skills is ideal but not a must. However, good spelling and accurate use of grammar is essential.
- Obviously extensive use of social media is a foundation requirement.
- Prior knowledge on using project management software such as Trello.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £22,000.00 per year
