We are seeking an organised, motivated, and collaborative individual to help deliver health and care improvement projects in Sussex. The role offers opportunities to work with a range of services, departments and stakeholders in the local health and care system and therefore requires travelling across the county . You will develop, monitor, implement and evaluate change projects to improve the lives and health of people living in Sussex. The job description provides examples of service areas the team are working on.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Are good at developing and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders
- Are able to work successfully across complex partnerships
- Are proactive, flexible and good at managing competing priorities
- Have good analytical skills
- Have some knowledge of the health and care sector
- Are able to show an understanding of and commitment to equal opportunities.
- Have a f ull driving licence or the ability to demonstrate how to meet the travel requirements of the role.
