Management and Supervisor positions :

Saint John's Yard group are looking for managers and supervisors with a huge passion for hospitality and a creative mind to join our team. We are a family owned independent group with four great sites in Tunbridge Wells and soon to be one in Tonbridge. The roles would be primarily with our new Tonbridge pub but would need a knowledge of all our businesses so you can be utilised across sites when needed.

You will need experience in leading teams to deliver the highest standards of customer service ideally in a fast-paced environment with a fun loving team. We will be aiming for you to grow and develop within a fantastic, award-winning company and looking to progress to the next level and build your career in a rapidly expanding independent business.

As a good leader you will be able to ensure the smooth running of the business, as well as maintaining high standards.

You will be responsible for managing and motivating a young, professional team with a hands-on approach, so positivity and good management skills are required and have real strength in individual and team development and motivation. We're all about positive vibes, encouraging our workforce to grow in skills and experience.

As well as the day to day running of the business, you will need to have a good financial understanding and know how to operationally take ownership of different aspects of the business.

Duties include stock management, training experience, good IT skills, knowledge of cash handling, organising documents, keep policies up to date, general administrative duties and be able to manage bookings & enquires and management of events

You will need to be passionate about providing outstanding customer service and an ability to drive sales

Good communication skills, attention to detail and awareness of high standards are a must.

Experience required – at least 2 years high volume hospitality experience, kitchen experience beneficial

Hourly pay rate £13-16 depending on experience, plus performance related bonuses. 5 day week of approx' 40-55 hours would be expected

Fluent spoken and written English.

Pay: £13.00-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
