Job Overview

We are seeking experienced enthusiastic, dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team for the Christmas Period. We also have various shifts available for 2026. This shifts are normally5/ 6 hours and we have evenings and weekends available.

As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve beverages while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while supporting others in the team when needed .

This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings and have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a village pub with locals.

Responsibilities

  • Evening shifts are 5.30pm- 11pm and may require the member of staff to close down and lock up the premises.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Engage with customers, providing friendly and efficient service while taking orders and answering queries about the menu.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments.
  • Monitor inventory levels, assisting in stock management and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
  • Uphold high standards of hospitality, creating a welcoming environment for all guests.
