Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide outsourced business development and account management services to clients, working on projects as required by the business
  • Identify, research and profile new business opportunities on behalf of clients
  • Proactively approach new opportunities on behalf of clients to establish effective and profitable working relationships
  • Manage existing relationships on behalf of clients, nurturing and expanding relationships to increase revenue generated
  • Conduct new business meetings, presentations and training sessions with new and existing prospects, as appropriate.
  • Achieve and exceed behavioural and commissionable sales metrics, as set by management
  • Maintain and update CRM systems to record details of all contact and meetings

Technical Skills, Experience, Qualifications and Other Requirements

  • Proven new business sales experience (face to face and telephone)
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and at all levels
  • Target focused, enthusiastic, resilient, diplomatic, motivated and driven
  • Ability to understand/utilise technical/financial concepts in sales scenarios
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail skills
  • The ability to work under pressure with a minimum of supervision
  • Full driving licence
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office and sales CRM systems
