An established financial planning firm is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join their team, supporting advisers and delivering excellent service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client, provider, and adviser queries
  • Prepare advisers for client meetings, including updating the cashflow planning tool (Truth) and creating agendas
  • Produce short, templated Suitability Reports
  • Maintain accurate client records and support the team with administration

Requirements

  • Experience in client administration, ideally within financial services
  • Strong Excel and Word skills, excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with systems such as Intelliflo, Truth, or Workiro (or willingness to learn)
  • Friendly, organised, and positive approach
