About the Role
Front Office Manager – Lead the Welcome. Shape the Experience.
Are you a natural leader with a passion for guest experience and operational excellence?
We're looking for a Front Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our front desk operation — ensuring every guest receives a warm, seamless, and professional welcome. From check-in to check-out, you'll be the driving force behind our first impressions, leading a team of Front of House Hosts and coordinating with departments across the resort.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be visible, proactive, and deeply involved in the guest journey. You'll manage rotas, lead briefings, resolve issues, and ensure the front office runs like clockwork. You'll also support the Guest Services Manager in delivering exceptional service standards and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the front desk team to deliver outstanding service
- Oversee check-in/check-out processes and guest arrival preparation
- Personally engage with guests, resolving issues and enhancing satisfaction
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B to ensure room readiness
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and service notes
- Develop SOPs and training plans for front office operations
- Manage rotas, conduct performance reviews, and implement development plans
- Support the Manager on Duty rota and assist with departmental KPIs and reporting

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for luxury hospitality and personalised service
- Organised, detail-oriented, and confident using hotel systems
- Able to work flexibly and lead by example in a fast-paced environment
