**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimise guest flow.
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about menu items and specials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, addressing guest needs and taking reservations as necessary.
- Collaborate with waitstaff and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Address any guest concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
**Skills**
- Strong phone etiquette to handle reservations and inquiries professionally.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Previous experience in guest services within a restaurant or hotel environment is advantageous.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude.
- A passion for hospitality and helping others, ensuring every guest feels valued during their visit.
