Summary

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Love The Dentist in Mobberley. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and exceptional service. Your contributions will help us maintain our commitment to providing outstanding dental care.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients as they arrive and leave the practice
  • Offer and provide hot and cold drinks on arrival
  • Manage phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Handle administrative task including responding to and sending emails to both existing and new patients. Suppliers, labs and other organisations
  • Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide information about services and address patient inquiries.
  • Process payments and manage billing inquiries as needed.
  • Uphold a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven Reception experience, preferably in a Dental or other healthcare setting
  • .Dental Nurse experience is desirable
  • Strong computer skills and a knowledge of Dentally Is prefered but will be trained
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Able to Multitask and adapt to meet individual needs of patients and situations
  • A positive, empathetic, caring nature with a desire to help make a difference
