As our dynamic Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dental practice while delivering an outstanding patient experience. Your expertise in managing the administrative, operational, and HR aspects of the practice will contribute to our continued success.

We are looking for a self-motivated & hard working individual with a friendly and approachable personality & a proven management background.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the smooth, efficient and compliant running of the practice - with a focus on patient safety at all times
  • Ensuring the provision of excellent service to patients, quality of service, cost and delivery of performance in line with company strategy, targets and mission statement
  • Diary Management to ensure high levels of productivity. Including huddles/meetings with our reception and marketing team
  • Providing support and direction to the whole team to enhance their performance, skills and knowledge
  • Plan & driving income targets for the practice; planning and delivering ideas & campaigns that will increase revenue
  • Deal promptly with issues when they arise.
  • Deliver staff training & development, hold 1-1's & appraisals with all team members, as well as performance management discussions

Patient Experience and Satisfaction:

  • Maintain a patient-centered caring approach, ensuring exceptional customer service and high patient satisfaction.
  • Resolve patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and effectively, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract and retain patients
