Assistant Project Manager in Property Development

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in supporting our property development projects from conception to completion, with a specific focus on managing our international supply chain and investor relations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Project Coordination & Support:Assist and coordinate with local Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Monitor project progress and help prepare regular status reports.

Supply Chain Management:Liaise with Chinese suppliers and manufacturers. Coordinate the sourcing, procurement, and logistics of materials, ensuring clear communication and adherence to project specifications and timelines.

Investor Relations:Act as a key point of contact for Chinese investors. Prepare project updates, facilitate communication, and support the management of investor relationships to ensure their confidence and satisfaction.

Stakeholder Liaison:Support communication between various stakeholders, including developers, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.

Compliance & Documentation:Assist in ensuring that all aspects of the project comply with company policies and UK building regulations.

We Are Looking For Someone With:

Proven experience in a project support or coordination role, ideally within property development, construction, or a related field.

Strong understanding of project management principles.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is essential for liaising with suppliers and investors.

Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.

A proactive and problem-solving mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £46,000.00 per year
