Property Manager / Assistant Property Manager (Step up)Essex (Hybrid) - £28k Our client is a long-established Property Management company, trading independently but wholly owned by a larger national group. Within their Essex office, they are now looking to hire an intermediate Property Manager (or competent Assistant Property Manager) looking to step up as follows: Working on a hybrid basis, reporting into a Colchester office an agreed number of times weekly Managing a portfolio of local developments, carrying out regular site inspections alongside budget setting, insurance matters, major works and contractor oversight All first line resident queries are dealt with by a separate team, so you will not have the usual administrative burden dealing with a high volume of emails and calls in this regard (ensuring excellent work life balance) Ensuring sites remain H&S compliant Liaising in-house with Accounts and Major works teams in relation to service charge and maintenance/project matters Keeping up to date records using the in-house CRM The suitable Property Manager (or competent Assistant Property Manager) will have at least 1 years previous block management experience and a desire to progress their career within a vibrant, supportive team with training. Salary for the successful Property Manager (or competent Assistant Property Manager) will start around £28k plus benefits with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.
