**Junior Property & Accounts Administrator**

**Location**: Harrow-on-the-Hill
**Salary**: £28,000 per annum
**Hours**: Full-time, office-based (Monday to Friday)

**The Role**

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Junior Property & Accounts Administrator** to join our Harrow-on-the-Hill office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in property and accounts, with full training and development provided.

The role will involve supporting the **Accounts and Property Management teams** in the day-to-day running of the business, helping to ensure smooth financial operations and efficient property administration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting the accounts team with bookkeeping tasks, invoice processing, and reconciliations
- Supporting property management operations, including maintaining records and databases
- Using internal systems to categorise, track, and progress business-critical deals and developments
- Preparing and updating reports, schedules, and spreadsheets
- Liaising with contractors, tenants, and clients as required
- Supporting compliance, documentation, and audit processes
- Assisting with property management correspondence and administrative duties
- Contributing to the development and implementation of efficient administrative systems

**Requirements**:

- Previous administrative experience (property or accounts experience beneficial but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good numeracy and IT skills (Excel and general accounting or CRM software experience an advantage)
- Willingness to learn and develop within a fast-growing business
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
