• Assist in preparing standardised reports, dashboards, and documentation to improve visibility and efficiency for the sales team.
• Track key metrics such as pipeline coverage, win/loss trends, and quota progress, and provide preliminary insights.
• Help maintain sales tools and systems while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Support onboarding activities for new sales hires by coordinating training sessions and updating enablement materials.
• Assist with Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives by helping coordinate meetings, gathering inputs, and tracking action items.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Partner, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to support operational requests.
• Help document and refine sales processes under the guidance of senior team members.
• Manage ad-hoc requests related to reporting, data cleanup, and sales operations support.
Your Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to support a wide range of stakeholders.
• Interest in learning about market strategy, territory planning, and sales forecasting.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish, Italian or Arabic is a plus.
Preferred Skills
• Experience using Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, or BI tools is advantageous but not required.
• Exposure to SaaS, enterprise software, or a high-growth sales environment is a plus.
• A proactive attitude and interest in building a career in Sales Operations.
