About The Role
Reporting to the VP RevOps, the Sales Operations Specialist will play a key role on the Sales Ops team and be responsible for improving sales processes and systems across the business.
This role is a full-time temporary maternity leave cover position for about 6 month
s.
Ideal start date by December 1, 2025.
What You'll Do

  • Develop, improve, automate and implement sales processes and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on the sales process internally.
  • Maintain and analyze the sales pipeline in our CRM system (i.e. sales activity, forecasting, etc.).
  • Assist in creating detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for the business.
  • Run training sessions for both internal and external stakeholders on new technologies or strategies.
  • Deliver commercial excellence in the sales organization through working closely with the sales team and key stakeholders to influence and drive business operations and decisions.
  • Manage sales and commercial analytics to capture key performance indicators for the sales team to track and measure success.
  • Generate reports and dashboards on pipeline overview, performance, leads and campaign ROI to support decision making process.
  • Work with the Head of Sales Operations to put in place the right cadences, reporting and processes to hit internal goals.
  • Develop and execute initiatives designed to optimize sales team efficiency and productivity.

About You
Who You Are:

  • Detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
  • Experience in costs benefit analysis
  • Advanced knowledge in salesforce
  • Expert in excel
  • Ability to perform within a fast-paced, multi-priority setting
  • Strong critical thinker, analytical, with complex problem-solving and forecasting skills
  • Highly motivated "do-er" with a strong sense of collaboration, ownership, urgency and drive
  • Excellent time-management skills with an ability to effectively prioritize tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills along with strong verbal and written communication skills

Extra Credit

  • Prior experience in sales or business development
  • Knowledge in the fashion, luxury or beauty industry
  • Experience in implementing processes and tools
