Job description

The Compliance & Administration Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the organisation meets legal, regulatory, and internal standards across compliance, health and safety, facilities, and training. This role supports the smooth running of day-to-day administrative functions and works with location teams to maintain safe, efficient, and well-managed workplaces. Experience in payroll/wages and basic accounting is advantageous.

Salary £13.25 to £15.00 per hour depending on skills and experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Compliance Management: Monitor regulatory requirements, maintain compliance documentation
  • Health & Safety: Oversee workplace health and safety systems, incident reporting and ensure the organisation meets statutory obligations.
  • Facilities Management: Ensure a well-functioning and safe physical environment at all locations with the aid of an online facilities management system.
  • Training Administration: Support your line manager to coordinate training schedules, maintain training records, and ensure employees complete required learning and certifications.
  • Wages & Accounts Support: Assist with payroll and basic financial administration as required
  • Internal Support: Provide administrative and operational support within the office team to enable smooth daily operations.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Knowledge of compliance, health & safety regulations, or facilities management.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Experience in payroll and/or basic accounts.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.25-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
