The Role

We're looking for a Marketing & Events Assistant to support Shiptheory's marketing and partner initiatives. You'll help coordinate campaigns, organise events, and assist with content and logistics that strengthen our brand presence and partner relationships.

This is an ideal role for someone highly organised, creative, and eager to grow their experience in B2B SaaS marketing and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of partner and industry events, including trade shows and networking sessions
  • Assist with logistics, scheduling, travel arrangements, and event materials
  • Coordinate co-branded campaigns and content with partners under guidance from the marketing team
  • Help manage promotional assets, social posts, and CRM updates
  • Research event and sponsorship opportunities to boost visibility
  • Support post-event follow-up, reporting, and lead tracking in CRM
  • Maintain accurate partner and marketing records across shared systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £24,000–£28,000 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Location: Bristol (in-person)

Preferred experience:

  • 1 year in marketing, events, or partnerships (preferred)
  • Customer service or sales experience (preferred)
  • Driving licence (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
