Events Assistant

**Exciting opportunity for an Events Assistant to join a busy Marketing team with a reputable law firm.**
You will be supporting the Events Executive with all aspects of the events administration and delivery.
**Duties will include**:
- Creating web pages to promote the events programme
- Sourcing external venues
- Managing service delivery issues
- Using Eventbrite to set up each event, manage registrations and communications with delegates
- Using InDesign to create graphics, invitations, agendas and to edit marketing collateral
- Promoting events on appropriate social media platforms
There will be some overnight stays and work outside of normal hours occasionally due to the nature the role.
**To be considered, you should have ideally any of these**:
- InDesign
- Hoot suite
- Survey Monkey
- Eventbrite
- Zoom
**Plus**:
Experience of the Microsoft Suite is essential - to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
And previous b2b events experience is essential, ideally within professional services, but we can look at other b2b events experience too.
