Role Description

This is a part-time remote opportunity for a Sales Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. You will also focus on identifying potential leads, building relationships, and managing successful sales pipelines. The role requires collaborating with internal teams to develop strategies that help maintain customer retention while driving new sales opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Account Management and Customer Service to support and manage client relationships effectively
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and ability to identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities
  • Strong Communication skills to build rapport, negotiate, and provide high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote capacity and manage time effectively
  • Preferred experience in sales, customer support, or a healthcare-related environment
  • Familiarity with practice management software or healthcare operations is a plus
