A leading force in the Out of Home advertising space is looking for a commercially sharp Agency Account Manager to join their dynamic, collaborative sales team.With thousands of impactful sites across the UK and a commitment to innovation, this business is redefining how brands connect with audiences in the real world. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who knows how to build strong agency relationships, deliver smart, insight-led pitches, and consistently hit revenue targets.The role:Managing and growing relationships with key media agenciesCreating strategic account plans and delivering against revenue goalsLeading confident, consultative pitches that tell a compelling storyWorking cross-functionally with trading, marketing and campaign delivery teamsMaintaining strong agency presence through regular meetings and proactive contactKeeping accurate forecasts and sharing updates with internal stakeholdersThe ideal candidate:Has experience in media sales – ideally within OOH or a related channelKnows how to communicate effectively at all levels within an agencyIs results-driven, organised and commercially astuteBrings energy, resilience and a proactive, solutions-led mindsetThrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environmentWhat’s on offer:Competitive salary + up to 25% commissionHybrid working (3 days office / 2 days from home)33 days holiday (incl. bank holidays)Excellent benefits including enhanced pension, healthcare, and lifestyle perksThis is an exciting role with loads of room for growth in a business that’s genuinely moving the dial in Out of Home media.
