Remote, United Kingdom Sodexo Full time £45,000 - £65,000 per year

Job Introduction

We're looking for an experienced Resourcing Advisor to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 12-month FTC. In this visible and influential role, you'll partner with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, end-to-end recruitment while championing Sodexo as an employer of choice.

You'll use market insight, creative sourcing and robust recruitment practices to provide an excellent experience for both candidates and hiring managers. If you thrive in a relationship-led environment and are confident advising and constructively challenging senior stakeholders to secure the best talent, we'd love to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand and attraction strategies that elevate Sodexo's employer presence across all channels.
  • Create and maintain best-in-class recruitment materials, including engaging digital content, compelling collateral for recruitment events, and consistent messaging across platforms.
  • Build a strong online employer brand by managing Sodexo's careers presence and collaborating with third-party partners to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Plan and execute recruitment marketing campaigns tailored to specific segments, ensuring alignment with business needs and talent pipelines.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast short-, medium-, and long-term hiring needs, supporting proactive workforce planning and prioritisation.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns within your portfolio, working closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.
  • Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators, including quality of hire, time-to-hire, cost-efficiency, sourcing mix, and candidate/line manager satisfaction.
  • Leverage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and social media platforms to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified, engaged talent.
  • Act as a true brand ambassador by promoting Sodexo's values and culture across social media and recruitment activities.
  • Encourage and empower hiring managers and employees to amplify Sodexo's employer brand through their networks and digital engagement.

The Ideal Candidate

You will bring hands-on experience of delivering excellence across the end-to-end resourcing process, supported by a strong track record of measurable results. You'll demonstrate a clear understanding of innovative and effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates directly, along with the confidence and interpersonal skills to proactively engage passive talent. You'll also be adept at interpreting the external talent market — using data, insight and trends to shape attraction strategies and confidently influence hiring decisions.

Highly organised and disciplined, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle efficiently, leveraging technology such as Applicant Tracking Systems, scheduling tools, and online platforms. You'll apply lean recruitment principles — including detailed campaign planning, proactive stakeholder engagement, and empowering hiring managers to become more self-sufficient throughout the process.

This role also requires a consultative mindset and forward-thinking approach. You should have experience using a range of selection and assessment methods, with the ability to choose and apply techniques that enhance both candidate experience and hiring outcomes. You'll be skilled in building strong relationships and influencing a broad and diverse group of hiring managers — balancing adaptability to their needs with the confidence to challenge where appropriate, promote best practice, and apply your recruitment expertise with credibility and resilience.

About The Company
