We are part of Captivate Group and within this we have three sister agencies; Seen Presents, Seen Studios and Stir.

About the role

The Senior Talent Manager will support the agency's approach to influencer, celebrity, and partnership strategy, driving excellence across concepting, deal-making, and execution. They will ensure talent-led work is both creatively world-class and commercially effective, championing innovation in influencer strategy across clients, including (but not limited to) eBay, and expanding our Connected Voices proposition across the agency.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with strategy, creative, and client teams to integrate talent thinking into campaign development and pitching
- Identify opportunities to apply the Connected Voices proposition across both new business and existing clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leads (especially Strategy and account leads) to support the Talent Director to bring in high-value influencer and celebrity-led partnerships.
- Oversee influencer and celebrity deal processes to ensure pricing consistency and fairness across the agencу
- Establish systems to monitor and benchmark influencer rates
- Support the creation of a robust ROI and measurement model for high-value partnerships, working closely with Strategy to evidence the "why" behind each investment

- Shape the agency's point of view on the evolving role of talent - from influencers to long-term ambassadors
- Support cultural activations (e.g., mixers, breakfast sessions) that connect talent, brands, and agency partners

-  Collaborate with senior leadership to expand the influencer and celebrity partnership offering across all accounts

What We're Looking For:

- 3+ years' experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or brand partnerships (agency or brand side), with proven track record leading complex influencer or celebrity campaigns from ideation through execution
- Deep understanding of both TikTok and Instagram platforms - including trends, creator culture, and performance drivers.
- Commercial fluency in deal structures, talent contracts, and ROI modeling.
- Excellent relationship builder - with creators, managers & clients alike.
- Charismatic communicator: able to lead pitches, host events, and represent the agency
externally.
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional or hybrid creative teams.
- Collaborative: naturally bridges creative, strategic, and commercial thinking.
- Strategic & Visionary: forward-looking, plugged into culture, and able to articulate the "next" in influencer strategy.
- Organised and accountable: committed to tightening processes while driving inspiration.

The Interview Process:

1. If you are shortlisted, we will invite you to join a 30 minute virtual call for us to get to know you better and for us to tell you more about the role and agency, and answer any initial questions. 

2. If we think you'd be a great fit, we will then invite you to do a task relevant to the role you've applied for, which we wouldn't expect to take more than one hour. 

A final decision will be made following this. 

Benefits:

 Salary reflective of your experience and in line with internal benchmarks

 Hybrid working, working from our Shoreditch HQ on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and from home on Mondays and Fridays.  

 Core Hours of 10:00 - 17:00 with the flexibility to start anytime between 08:00 - 10:00 and finish between 17:00 - 19:00.

Summer Fridays - a 3pm finish on Fridays in July and August

24 days of annual leave, increasing to 25 after one year and 26 after two years of service
