About The Job
The Coffee Excellence Specialist position is responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in coffee products and services by developing strategies and implementing best practices.

*Your tasks*
Assist customers with the menu building process, showroom maintenance and internal events support.

Provide support during external events for fully automated and traditional machine

Carry out barista training support.

Support with Menu development on Franke fully automatic machines as required.

Participate in customer events, supporting from a coffee perspective.

Ensure the highest quality of coffee across the business and support our customers to ensure they get the best in-cup quality.

Requirements
Passion for coffee and a strong desire to learn about machinery and technicalities.

Proven experience in the coffee industry

Barista professional OR brewing professional.

Some Sensory training preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Quick learner with the ability to understand and effectively communicate technical information.

High enthusiasm and eagerness for a new challenge.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.

Willingness to travel to coffee shows, partners, installs, roll outs and exhibitions in the UK and around the world.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
