Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring that their experience is memorable. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly disposition, and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
  • Provide menus and explain daily specials to guests.
  • Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and waiting areas.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.
  • Assist in training new staff members as required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £18,315.00-£20,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 12 – 30 per week
