London, Greater London, United Kingdom endource Full time

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing and CRM Manager, across both of our businesses; endource and Relove.

About endource:

endource is a curated fashion platform which allows shoppers to browse and purchase from a coveted edit of designer and contemporary pieces. Featuring womenswear, menswear, and kids, endource cuts through the overwhelming noise of new products to find the best - most relevant - pieces. Always highlighting greener, more thoughtfully-made options, the selection includes brands like Acne, Cos, Ganni, and Salomon.

About Relove:

Relove is a new take on pre-loved, for people who know and love good clothes. Featuring cult items you missed the first time, Relove presents a curated collection of fashion's favourite styles from a network of invitation-only sellers.

Both endource and Relove are committed to leveraging technology to create engaging and impactful experiences for our users. We are a dynamic and fast-growing company seeking a talented individual to drive our performance marketing and CRM strategies.

Core objective:

Growth focused, developing and executing the customer acquisition and retention strategies for endource and Relove, becoming the business' expert on 'customer' and their journey through the funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage email and performance marketing strategies across various channels, including, but not limited to, Google Shopping, Meta Ads, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
  • Propose the e-commerce customer acquisition strategy and relevant targets.
  • Working closely with the Content Team, plan, execute, and optimize organic and paid campaigns to achieve target KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
  • Be the owner of the endource and Relove customer experiences, analysing and segmenting the database to improve customer engagement to build brand equity and drive clicks and sales.
  • Map out customer journeys and identify key touchpoints for communication and engagement.
  • Implement and manage email marketing automation workflows to deliver timely and relevant messages.
  • Continuously test and optimize CRM initiatives to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Work with the CTO and our external agency to monitor and build on the success of SEO.
  • Work with the Content Team to ensure brand assets and marketing messages are on-brand and in line with seasonal campaigns and marketing objectives.
  • Manage media spend across channels.
  • Communicate weekly/monthly/seasonal performance of digital marketing, including paid social activity, email and overall customer acquisition and retention.
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business goals.
  • Effectively communicate performance marketing and CRM strategies and results to key stakeholders.

Reports to:

COO and CEO (has key relationship with the fractional CMO)

You'll have:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within the fashion industry, specifically:
  • Managing significant marketing budgets and achieving strong ROI;
  • Implementing and optimising digital marketing campaigns focused on DR performance;
  • Developing and implementing email strategies.
  • Expertise across all social and paid platforms, including Meta Ads Manager, Pinterest, TikTok and Google.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including Search (PPC and Shopping) and social media marketing.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and automation tools.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools, including GA4.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to inform marketing decisions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creative and innovative thinking with a passion for digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for fashion, sustainability, and innovative technology.

Benefits of working with us:

  • The opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy of two small, but fast-growing, businesses.
  • Founded by an innovative team with multiple successful businesses under our belt, we value creativity and thoughtfulness, and welcome ideas and suggestions about how to develop responsibly as a business.
  • We will develop the role as you progress, with plenty of scope to grow.
