The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, assisting with desktop computer problems, and repairing computer hardware and software. The role also involves managing help desk support tickets and ensuring timely resolution of technical problems for users.
Qualifications
- Experience with Desktop Computers and Computer Repair
- Skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Help Desk Support
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
