Location: Belfast (with occasional work in our Lisburn store)

Salary: starting £30,000 per annum

Hours: 10:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday (42.5 hours per week, including coordination time)

We are now seeking a talented and driven Marketing & Business Development Executive to join our team. This is a diverse role combining marketing strategy, creative content creation, and business growth initiatives. You'll work closely with the Director and Operations Manager to lead marketing activity and help expand the business across multiple areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver digital and in-store marketing campaigns.
  • Manage social media platforms, SEO, and paid advertising (Google and Meta).
  • Lead influencer and PR partnerships to grow brand reach.
  • Implement and develop iPhix's AI marketing strategy to improve efficiency and creativity.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Support the launch of new services and expansion into new markets.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and growth potential.
  • Analyse campaign performance, prepare reports, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the Director and Operations Manager on strategic plans and targets.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in marketing, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media management.
  • Confident using spreadsheets and analytics tools to track and report performance.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience managing influencer or PR campaigns is desirable.
  • Knowledge of AI tools or marketing automation would be an advantage.
  • Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools preferred.
