About The Role

Then you might be our new People Manager for product lines Plant, QHSE and Renewables & Ocean Structure (ROS) in our business unit Digital Solutions in DNV.
Digital Solutions provides engineering software tools and enterprise solutions that help manage risk and improve safety and performance across industries, including maritime, energy, and healthcare. Through research, development, implementation, and close partnerships with our customers, we have earned our reputation as a trusted third-party vendor of software and services. We are accelerating the transition toward digitalization and software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions, offering customers the efficiency and flexibility of the cloud, as well as the power and insights from advanced analytics.
This role is pivotal in shaping a high-performance culture, driving employee engagement, and embedding scalable learning. Reporting to the Product Line Director, you will be a key member of the team and hold a strategic seat at the leadership table of the product lines the role support.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Talent & Organizational Design Partner with business leaders to design agile, scalable organizational structures and talent strategies that fuel innovation and commercial growth across engineering, product, delivery, and sales.
- Accelerate Performance & Culture Enablement Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, speed, and impact. Use data-driven insights to optimize team performance, leadership effectiveness, and cross-functional collaboration removing friction and unlocking business velocity.
- Lead Through Transformation and Ambiguity Serve as a trusted advisor and change agent through organizational growth, transformation, and experimentation. Guide leaders through complex change with clarity, adaptability, and a bias for action—ensuring people strategies stay aligned with evolving business priorities.
- Champion Inclusion, Growth, and Resilience Embed inclusion and psychological safety into the DNA of our teams. Build resilient, future-ready capabilities through targeted development, coaching, and scalable learning programs.
- Leadership Acceleration Coach leaders to scale their impact and lead through complexity. Equip them with the mindset, tools, and behaviors needed to build high-performing, commercially focused teams.

About You
- You have a master's degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field and 8+ years of experience in human resources or related processes (e.g., hiring, training, performance management)
- Or you have a bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field and 10+ years of experience in human resources or related processes
- You are experienced in organizational performance management, talent management, driving strategic workforce initiatives, and enhancing operational effectiveness as well as experience with organizational design and change management.
- You have a demonstrated track record of working in a fast-paced environment and driving continuous improvement and change to support organizational growth
- You exhibit a forward-thinking growth mindset and have strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- You have excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
