Our care home in Spalding is seeking a dynamic Interim Manager to provide strong leadership and ensure the continued delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.

The Role

As Interim Peripatetic Care Home Manager, you will:

  • Provide immediate leadership and stability to the home during this period.
  • Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with CQC standards.
  • Support, mentor, and develop the care and nursing team to maintain high-quality care delivery.
  • Drive improvement plans and embed best practices across all areas of service.
  • Liaise effectively with residents, families, professionals, and regulators.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • An experienced Registered Manager or Peripatetic Manager within the care sector.
  • Confident in leading services through change, maintaining compliance, and achieving strong outcomes.
  • Knowledgeable in CQC regulations, safeguarding, and quality assurance.
  • NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) preferred but not essential in Health and Social Care or working towards.
  • A proactive, supportive leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
