Role Overview:

As a Business Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for generating and developing new business leads through proactive outreach efforts. Your role involves identifying decision-makers, initiating communication through email and calls, and representing SoloProtect as the initial point of contact. By achieving daily call targets and generating sales-qualified leads, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of SoloProtect.

Responsibilities:

  • Promptly manage and respond to inbound leads.
  • Qualify the needs of prospective customers and provide tailored solutions.
  • Pass qualified sales opportunities to the Business Development Manager to follow up and close.
  • Manage and close smaller deals independently, including handling contracts and providing customers with all the information they need to make an informed decision.
  • Generate and develop new business leads through outbound prospecting efforts.
  • Identify decision-makers and initiate outreach via email and calls (both inbound and outbound).
  • Achieve daily call targets, and targets for monthly sales-qualified leads and revenue generated.
  • Capture qualification information accurately in the Salesforce CRM database.
  • Update the CRM system with all activities and correspondence.
  • Stay updated on SoloProtect products and the lone worker industry to communicate with prospects effectively.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other departments to achieve common goals.
  • Clearly communicate SoloProtect's value proposition.

Requirements:

  • 2 years (plus) of sales experience (sales in a B2B would be a plus)
  • Strong, confident phone skills.
  • Experience in outbound prospecting is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Strong team player and communicator.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Highly self-motivated, self-driven, and well-organised.
  • Detail-oriented, focused, motivated, and adaptable to a changing landscape.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM is preferred.
  • Strong time management skills.
