We are now looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Receptionist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced clinic environment and enjoys delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming phone calls and handling client enquiries professionally

  • Making call-backs and following up on client leads

  • Responding to client messages, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries promptly and professionally

  • Managing the daily appointment diary and coordinating practitioner schedules

  • Greeting clients on arrival and ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process

  • Taking payments and carrying out daily cash-up procedures

  • Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring data confidentiality

  • Completing and updating Excel/Google Sheets for leads and reports

  • Providing information about treatments and assisting clients with bookings

  • Ensuring the reception area and client waiting areas are always presentable

  • Supporting the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the clinic

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist, admin, or front-of-house role

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Polite, friendly, and professional manner

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Confident with Google Sheets and comfortable using booking systems

  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Team player with a positive and proactive attitude

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask efficiently

  • Cash handling experience (daily cash-up)

  • Knowledge or interest in aesthetic treatments is desirable
