An opportunity has arisen to join our friendly well-established, modern dental practice with 4 surgeries using up-to-date technology.
Hours required:
Tuesday 1.30pm-5.30pm
Thursday 8.30am-5.30pm
Friday 8.30am-4.30pm
Extra hours will be available adhoc to cover some staff annual leave/sick
Responsibilities
As a key member of the practice, you will be expected to deliver a high standard of customer service – face to face, via email and over the telephone. You will be front of house, welcoming patients, collecting payments and ensuring that patients have adequate appointments booked in.
· Ability to work proactively in a busy patient-based environment
· Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, phone) – ability to liaise between patients and other dental care professionals
· Smart appearance and professional attitude
· A good work ethic and high standards
· Ability to work under pressure
· Possesses initiative and willingness to take on responsibilities
Experience
Experience is not essential as training will be provided.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Work Location: In person
