Job Overview

The Oak in Bromley is looking for an energetic, charismatic Front of House Supervisor to join our growing team. If you love creating a buzzing atmosphere, giving brilliant service, and being part of a proper neighbourhood pub with personality, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Knows what great hospitality looks like and loves delivering it
  • Can confidently run shifts, support senior management, and motivate the team
  • Takes pride in standards across the floor, bar and guest experience
  • Communicates clearly and stays calm under pressure
  • Wants to grow, develop, and take on more responsibility over time
  • Has a Personal Licence (helpful but not essential)
  • Has previous supervisory FOH experience in pubs, bars or restaurants

What you'll be doing:

  • Running smooth, efficient shifts
  • Leading the FOH team and supporting training
  • Working closely with management to drive sales and guest satisfaction
  • Delivering exceptional service during busy sessions
  • Helping ensure the Oak remains one of Bromley's favourite pubs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.25-£13.75 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 48 per week
