We are seeking a dynamic and sales-driven Front of House Sales Associate to join our vibrant team at BEUTIVA. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales to ensure a positive and memorable salon experience. You must be a confident indivdual with experience in sales whether telesales or field sales or a senior retail sales consultant.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere upon their arrival at the salon.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for clients, providing information on salon services, promotions, and products.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs, recommend suitable services or products, and upsell where appropriate.
- Assist clients in scheduling appointments, ensuring efficient time management for both clients and service providers.
- Proactively promote and sell salon services, packages, and retail products to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of salon offerings, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate with clients.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
- Ensure the front desk area and retail displays are well-presented, organized, and stocked with relevant products.
- Collaborate with the salon team to ensure smooth operations, effective communication, and a positive client experience.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting salon environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the beauty or retail industry.
- Strong sales and customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with appointment booking systems and POS software.
- Passion for the beauty industry and a willingness to stay updated on current trends, products, and services.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
