Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service. Duties:

- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services

- Ensure exceptional guest service by training and supervising staff in accordance with company standards

- Manage hotel budgets and financial performance to achieve revenue goals

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and increase revenue

- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff by enforcing hotel policies and procedures

- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve hotel operations

Experience:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus

- Knowledge of human resources practices, including hiring, training, and performance management

- Proficient in hotel management software systems

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions
