About the Hotel
Atrium Hotel Heathrow has a new and exciting opportunity for a Revenue and Reservations Manager. Just one stop from Heathrow Airport, Atrium Hotel Heathrow is an urban retreat offering 570 ultra chic bedrooms with delectable culinary offerings through multiple Food & Beverage outlets, sizeable event spaces and exquisite wellness like swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and the fitness centre.
The Opportunity
Join our dynamic team as a Revenue and Reservations Manager and take charge of driving revenue growth and managing the reservations department and maximising profitability for hotel. This is a dual site role.
About Revenue and Reservations Manager role
- Experience of revenue/reservations management within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful revenue management strategies, including yield management, pricing optimization, and market positioning.
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, proficient in data interpretation and utilizing revenue management tools and software.
- In-depth understanding of the local and regional hospitality market, including industry trends, competitor analysis, and market segmentation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a history of effectively working with cross-functional teams to gather insights and translate them into revenue strategies.
- To ensure all Reservations are entered in the computer correctly and in particular Rate Groups, Room Rate, Company Name
- To spot check that the Arrivals List is pre checked the day before to ensure all reservations are entered correctly, and all correspondence is in perfect condition.
- To be fully conversant with all OPERA functions and reports pertaining to Reservations, Revenue and Sales. Rezlynx for the 2nd site.
- To ensure standard checklists are in operation and adhered to in reservation and groups.
- To control the availability ExtraNET, and other GDS/CRS/Internet systems to ensure that the revenue and occupancy are maximised.
- To ensure the Hotel Policy on guaranteed reservations, cancellations, complimentary rooms and no shows is correctly implemented.
- To prepare a 3 Month forecast weekly.
- To control the hotel's room inventory in order to maximise revenue and occupancy on a daily basis.
- To ensure all Hotel Packages and Promotions are set up accurately

Skills and requirements
· Exceptional customer care skills
· Excellent leadership skills
· Ability to work in a busy environment
· Knowledge of Local area – Heathrow / Hounslow is preferred
· Ability to maintain good working relationships with colleagues across the hotel
· Experience as a Revenue and Reservations Manager in hotels is a must, experience with Airport Hotel in UK will be preferred.
